Endless Possibilities

EMBROIDERY

Embroidery is great way to add a high-end look to hats, bags, jackets, and some types of shirts! Embroidery holds up very well when washed and will not fade – some light ironing on the inside of the shirt will smooth out most designs very well!

All of our embroidery and design digitizing is done in-house with care and we are very quality oriented when it comes to stitch quality and backing selection. We sew a test sample designs prior to sewing the final product to ensure everything looks great when you receive your order!

SCREEN-PRINTING

Screen-Printing is the most common and well-known form of decorating t-shirts and fleece sweatshirts. Screen-printing is one of the most economical and fastest methods for getting a design onto fabric. Designs must be separated into separate ‘spot’ colors prior to printing, and most designs will range from one to 4 colors. Complex designs can be as many as 12 colors or more!
Many different items can be printed, including: wood, plastic, vinyl, metal and other fabrics. The ink technology is always improving, becoming healthier and easier to use! The most common types of screen-printing inks are plastisol and water-based; both of which contain many special effects inks, including: metallics, 3D puff, glow-in-the-dark, stretch additives, etc.

Screen-printing can also be mixed with other decorating techniques like embroidery or heat-pressing to create completely unique items for many different customers and industries.

HEAT PRESSING

Heat pressing has become a vital tool in our product decorating arsenal. We are able to press graphics and other decorating items like rhinestones onto a variety of products. Like screen-printing, we have a variety of materials to choose from, including: metallics, foils, stretchy, pigment-blocking, fluorescents, and twills that can be printed and cut into custom designs. We can also press designs onto a large variety of materials like polyester, cotton, blends, leather, vinyl, and nylon.

Heat pressing also gives us the opportunity to run smaller quantity orders more easily than setting up for a screen-print design. Washability and durability has also been greatly improved and designs continue looking great, wash after wash.

The only limitations for heat pressed decorations are that the item needs to be able to lay flat on the press, and also be able to take temperatures ranging from 275°F to 320°F without melting or shrinking.

DIGITAL PRINTING

Digital printing is becoming more and more popular as equipment becomes cheaper and more available. This gives us some great opportunities to offer shorter runs on printed products without the expensive setups involved in traditional printing methods.

Digitally printed items include everything from paper products like business cards, flyers, or brochures, to t-shirts and other apparel items, to flags and banners, and more!

NAMES & NUMBERING

We offer name and numbering options with all of our decorating methods – screen-printing, embroidery, vinyl decals, digital printing, laser engraving, etc.

Add names or numbers to team and employee uniforms, create custom monograms for personal gift items or give out personalized team decals! We can even create full-color custom number sets using our digital printing equipment.

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

Promotional and marketing products, a.k.a. SWAG, are more than just cheasy giveaways at tradeshows and conventions! This category includes everything from branded drinkware to handy multi-tools to phone cases! Mobile power packs and USB thumb drives are a great giveaway with serious staying power!
